- Service not delivered within reasonable timeframe
- Delivery address was not accessible or correct
- Payment was processed in error (duplicate charge)
- Service was significantly delayed due to our fault
- Package was lost or damaged during delivery (with documentation)
- Service cancelled before delivery commenced
3. Non-Refundable Situations
The following situations are generally NOT eligible for refunds:
- Delivery was completed as requested
- Recipient refused delivery without valid reason
- Customer provided incorrect address
- Delivery delay due to weather, traffic, or customer unavailability
4. Refund Request Process
To request a refund, please follow these steps:
- Log into your Tesla Tooki account
- Navigate to the booking/order that requires a refund
- Click "Request Refund" and provide detailed information
- Include supporting documents (photos, screenshots, etc.)
- Submit the request within 30 days of the delivery date
5. Refund Processing Timeline
Once a refund request is submitted:
- Our team will review the request within 3-5 business days
- We may contact you for additional information
- Once approved, the refund will be processed within 5-10 business days
- The amount will be credited to your original payment method
- Bank processing may take an additional 2-3 business days
